I'm in charge

In case you don't know, Emma is in charge...she declared as much at dinner yesterday, "I'm in charge".   We replied that she is not in charge and she of course disagreed...I am not sure why in that moment the declaration was made...she had climbed up in her chair to eat and we were settling our napkins, drinks etc. I guess she just wanted to make sure we knew the pecking order (insert eye roll).
